Hermosillo, SONORA.- Una ceremonia de bienvenida para 33 nuevos elementos de la Policía Municipal de Hermosillo se llevó a cabo esta mañana con la participación de la alcaldesa Célida López Cárdenas y el comisario general de Seguridad Pública Municipal, Gilberto Landeros Briseño.
Los 33 agentes, de los cuales 18 fueron mujeres recibieron constancia de ingreso a la corporación, en el evento que tuvo lugar en la Comandancia sur, ubicada en la colonia Villa de Seris.
Estos nuevos integrantes del orden público fueron capacitados en el Instituto Superior de Seguridad Pública del Estado de Sonora, los cuales deben conducirse con honradez fuera y dentro de la corporación, expresó Landeros Briseño.
Por su parte, la presidenta municipal refirió que este ejercicio permitirá también seleccionar a los oficiales que se harán acreedores de una beca para estudios universitarios y posgrados con la intención de tener agente municipales preparados.
