Con 25 a favor, tres en contra y una abstinencia, se despenaliza, este martes, el aborto hasta la semana 12 de gestación .
La iniciativa la presentó la Diputada de Morena, Mónica Robles Barajas,la cual reforma los artículos 149, 150, 151 y 154, así como deroga el 152, del Código Penal de Veracruz.
De este modo se establece que cualquier mujer del estado puede interrumpir legalmente el embarazo hasta el tercer mes de gestación.
